Fix parsing upstream RPL_INVITING messages

Previously, we did not skip the first RPL_INVITING parameter, which is
the user nick (like in all replies), which made the parsing for that
reply incorrect.

This fixes RPL_INVITING parsing by skipping the first parameter.
